Sustainable Today introduces people to the vast issues that encompass the sustainable movement.  We provide scientific facts about environmental conditions, and present up-to-date news.  We showcase local businesses which are making the world of sustainability accessible to you and me.   Sustainable Today engages industry professionals in an informative, open dialogue,  hosted by Cheri Stuller and Rafael Seigel.

MEET NEW THE HOSTS OF SUSTAINABLE TODAY

Beginning in February with the Junk to Funk Recycled Fashion show,  we introduce two new hosts for the 2010 season.    Please welcome:

Cheri Stuller

Cheri comes to Sustainable Today with a broad background in Business and Broadcasting. She holds an MBA degree from Portland State University and has served on many boards and committees including Portland Center Stage, The Oregon Humane Society and the Rose Festival. At KPSU/KBPS radio, Cheri produced and hosted the program "Environmental Today." She has a keen interest in sustainability and has worked through her business contacts and positions to promote more environmentally sound practices. Cheri also has helped raise funds and support for several non-profit organizations.

 

Rafael Siegel

On TV. On the web. At ballparks. The multi-versatile RAFAEL SIEGEL is a talent that can be seen almost everywhere. Recently, Rafael became an occasional correspondent on the morning news series, Good Day Sacramento, for CW 31 / CBS 13. This fall, Rafael is one of the finalist for My58's Host Hunt. He is also a field announcer for the Sacramento Rivercats and at Six Flags Marine World in Vallejo, CA. Rafael started his on-air career in 1994 with Sidewalks Entertainment, a multiple award-winning San Francisco-based celebrity and music magazine show. Throughout his early career Rafael interned with Paramount's Entertainment Tonight, appeared on TV shows like Sony Pictures Television's The Ricki Lake Show and MTV's Who Knows The Band. Additionally, Rafael created and performed in his own boy band called U-N-I. When he moved east, he choreographed and background dance for a Delaware pop group.
